California 14×17

The California (14′ x 17′ approximately) is our newest multi-functional outdoor building with oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The California can be used as a backyard studio, tea house, spa gazebo, or for any other recreational purpose imaginable. The California is made of Durawood which looks and feels like wood but is made of a high-quality synthetic composite material that is maintenance free and environmentally friendly. The California has aluminum framed double French doors and sliding windows to ensure smooth opening and closing.

The interior wall to wall dimensions is 5250 mm x 4425 mm (207″ x 174″). The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 5370 mm x 4545 mm (211″ x 179″). The roof dimensions are 5697.37 mm x 4873.37 mm (224″ x 192″). Please note all imperial measurements are approximate.
